D' GIN OLD Lady

D' GIN Old Lady contains fruit and botanicals from old Swabian orchards, transferring the traditional values ​​of fruit growing and the age of distilling into the modern era. The essence is created from fruit, herbs, and spices from the foothills of the Swabian Alps. Distillation in a copper still is carried out by a regional distiller who draws on the decades-old distilling tradition of his grandparents and great-grandparents.

Our plum gin is made from 12+1 botanicals (ingredients). Over 8 of these come from fields, orchards, and forests of the Swabian Alb. What we can't forage and grow ourselves, we source from local producers. This ensures that the 4 botanicals we use are of the highest regional quality and sustainably sourced.

Nuances of cinnamon on the nose, followed by intense plum aromas. Exceptionally smooth on the finish, with a light sweetness in the mid-palate, along with fresh blossoms and a hint of lemon.

Bottled in traditional apothecary bottles, adorned with small details from legends and historical stories, it is a tribute to our Steinlach valley and its local peculiarities.

Der D' Gin Old Lady wird von uns selbst besonders sorgsam hergestellt. Mit den Zwetschgen unserer Streuobstwiesen aromatisiert, entstehen die feinen Aromen aus den echten Schwäbischen Zwetschgen. Von der Ernte über die Mazeration und Destillation, bis zur Gin Abfüllung mit Etikett und Versiegelung ist dabei alles echte Handarbeit. Da alte Zwetschgenbäume weniger ertragreich sind, wird aus jedem Batch nur in Flaschengrößen mit 4cl und 100ml sowie 350ml, 500ml Inhalt abgefüllt. Unverkennbar sind die traditionellen Old Lady Gin Flaschen mit dem markanten D`Gin Etikett versehen, von Hand beschriftet und fortlaufend nummeriert.D’ Gin Old Lady ist charakteristisch für die Region. Echtes Schwäbisches Streuobst und andere schwäbische und deutsche Botanicals verleihen ihm seine Hauptnote. Abgefüllt in traditionellen Flaschen die den Charakter der schönen und rauen Landschaft würdigen, wird ein GIN gebrannt, der den Geschmack der Schwäbischen Alb in sich trägt.
