D' GIN White Lemon contains fruit and botanicals from old Swabian orchards, bringing the time-honored values ​​of fruit growing and the distilling era into the modern age. The essence is created from fruit, herbs, and spices from the foothills of the Swabian Alps. Distillation in a copper still is carried out by a regional distiller who draws on the decades-old distilling tradition of his grandparents and great-grandparents.

This gin is made with 12 botanicals (ingredients), over 8 of which come from the fields, orchards, and forests of the Swabian Alb. Whatever we can't find and plant ourselves, we source from regional producers. Thus, the remaining four botanicals are also of the highest regional quality and sustainably sourced.

Delicate juniper on the nose, followed by fresh citrus notes and light apple nuances. On the palate, grassy, ​​with herbs and flowers of restrained spiciness and fresh undertones.

Bottled in traditional bottles that honor the character of the beautiful and rugged landscape, a GIN is distilled that carries the taste of the Swabian Alb.

Aus jedem Batch wird in Flaschengrößen mit Mengen von 40ml, 100ml, 350ml und 0,5L Inhalt sowie auch ein 5L Ballon abgefüllt.
