D' GIN Black & Berry

Black & Berry Gin contains untreated fruit, abundant blackberries, and botanicals from old Swabian orchards. The fruity essence is derived from blackberries grown at the foot of the Swabian Alps. Distillation in a copper still is carried out by a regional distiller who draws on the decades-old distilling tradition passed down from grandparents and great-grandparents. In this thorny way, genuine Swabian orchard blackberries lend Black & Berry Gin its inimitable fruity, tart, wild berry flavor.

D' GIN Black & Berry is made from a total of 13 botanicals (ingredients), over 8 of which come from the fields, orchards, and forests of the Swabian Alb. Fruity and tart, refined with blackberries, this unfiltered, intensely fruity gin is made from locally harvested blackberries. Combined with 12 other ingredients, it offers a unique taste of Swabian origin.

A hint of perceptible juniper on the nose, tart fruitiness leading to intense blackberry on the palate, soft on the finish with fruity, sour forest aromas.

Bottled in traditional bottles that honor the character of the beautiful and rugged landscape, a blackberry gin is stored that truly embodies every effort of the harvest.

Der D' Gin Black & Berry wird von uns selbst hergestellt. Von der Ernte über die Mazeration und Destillation, bis zur Gin Abfüllung mit Etikett und Versiegelung ist alles echte Handarbeit. Mit dem Mut der Nichtahnenden ins Gestrüpp ist die Brombeerernte trotz allem Einsatz jedoch nur bedingt ergiebig. Aus Gründen des Eigenschutz mit nachvollziehbarem Selbsterhaltungstrieb wird bei jedem Batch ausschliesslich in kleinen Mengen mit Flaschengrößen von 40ml und 100ml, 350ml und 500ml Inhalt abgefüllt. Unverkennbar sind Black&Berry Flaschen mit dem markanten Etikett versehen, von Hand beschriftet und fortlaufend nummeriert. D’ GIN Black & Berry ist charakteristisch für die Region. Echtes Schwäbisches Streuobst, zahlreiche Brombeeren und weitere schwäbische und deutsche Botanicals verleihen ihm seine Hauptnote. Abgefüllt in traditionellen Flaschen die den Charakter der schönen und rauen Landschaft würdigen, wird ein GIN gebrannt, der den Geschmack der Schwäbischen Alb in sich trägt.
