D' gin red cherry

D' GIN Red Cherry contains fruit and botanicals from old Swabian orchards, transferring the traditional values ​​of fruit growing and the age of distilling into the modern era. The essence is created from fruit, herbs, and spices from the foothills of the Swabian Alps. Distillation in a copper still is carried out by a regional distiller who draws on the decades-old distilling tradition of his grandparents and great-grandparents.

D' GIN RED Kirsch is made from 13 botanicals (ingredients), over 8 of which come from the fields, orchards, and forests of the Swabian Alb. Flavored with the heart of our orchards, the distinctive red color comes from locally harvested cherries. Combined with 12 other ingredients, this creates a unique taste of Swabian origin.

Light juniper on the nose, followed shortly by delicate cherry nuances. A hint of fruit acidity on the palate, with a mild finish and soft endnotes.

Bottled in traditional bottles that honor the character of the beautiful and rugged landscape, a cherry GIN is stored that carries the labors of the harvest within.

Der D' Gin Red Kirsch wird von uns selbst hergestellt. Mit dem Herzstück unserer Streuobstwiesen aromatisiert, entsteht die maßgeblich rote Farbe aus den echten Schwäbischen Kirschen. Lokal geerntet zusammen mit 12 weiteren Zutaten ein einzigartiger Geschmack schwäbischer Herkunft. Von der Kirsch Ernte über die Mazeration und Destillation, bis zur Gin Abfüllung mit Etikett und Versiegelung ist alles echte Handarbeit. Aus jedem Batch wird in Flaschengrößen mit Mengen von 40ml, 100ml, 350ml und 0,5L Inhalt sowie auch ein 5L Ballon abgefüllt. Unverkennbar sind Red Kirsch Flaschen mit dem markanten D`Gin Etikett versehen, von Hand beschriftet und fortlaufend nummeriert.D’ Gin Red Kirsch ist charakteristisch für die Region. Echtes Schwäbisches Streuobst und andere schwäbische und deutsche Botanicals verleihen ihm seine Hauptnote. Abgefüllt in traditionellen Flaschen die den Charakter der schönen und rauen Landschaft würdigen, wird ein GIN gebrannt, der den Geschmack der Schwäbischen Alb in sich trägt.
